How do I change my password?

1. Click on Login in the black bar at the top of the page.

2. Log in with the generated username and password you were emailed.

3. Once you log in you will be redirected to the home page. Now click “My Account,” in the black bar at the top of the page.

4. Click “(EDIT)” next to “MY PROFILE,” on your account page.

5. Update your password information and click “Update.”

Why won’t my picture show?

The most common explanation is size. Photos should be under 1MB in size or the servers will have trouble uploading it to our site—especially with a slow internet connection. If you don’t know how to re-size your picture, go to Image Resizer, resize your picture and then try uploading again.

I made a mistake. How do I edit my listing?

1. Click on the log in link in the black bar at the top of the page.

2. Once you log in you will be redirected to the home page. Click on the “My Account” link in the black bar at the top.

3. A list of your ads will be on the page. Simple click the edit link next the ad you need to change.

4. Edit your ad as needed then click the Preview and Submit buttons as you would for a new ad.
